The embroidery process uses a backing material which will be trimmed but is visible on the inside of the garment. Certain garments may have an inside pocket that is behind the logo location, sewing your logo in that location will sew the pocket closed rendering it unusable.

On orders of 36 or more pieces, we offer several addiditional custom locations (custom locations are specific to certain garments. Please see the 'Embroidery' link at that bottom of this page for more information. You must inquire for setup before placing your order for custom locations). The pictures below are intended to show the general locations for embroidery & do not reflect exact measurements. While placement of your embroidery will be generally as shown here, we will use our judgment in determining the exact positioning. Because of differences in garments, sizes, designs and limitations inherent to the embroidery process the exact location may not be identical from garment to garment however the general location & overall appearance depicted in the pictures below will be maintained.

The embroidery process uses a backing material which will be trimmed but is visible on the inside of the garment. Certain garments may have an inside pocket that is behind the embroidery location, the embroidery process will sew the pocket closed rendering it unusable. *Note* If you are putting multiple lines of embroidery that are the same on more then 24 garments, it's generally less expensive if you add it as a logo.

Because of limitations inherent to the embroidery process, embroidered text may not appear exacty as shown below and may not be identical from garment to garment.

Because of limitations inherent to the embroidery process the exact size may vary slighlty from the dimensions shown below.

Below are our stock thread colors. If you would like to use a different color or need to match a specific PMS code please inquire for details before placing your order. Slight variations in thread color may occur from garment to garment, this is due to limitations inherent to thread manufacturing process. Thread colors shown may look different than actual stitched embroidery due to differences in how devices display colors and other factors that are beyond our control. Actual thread colors will appear different than printed colors when comparing side by side.
